Terms and Conditions

All items may be exchanged or a full refund given if the item is found to be faulty.

If you wish to exchange the item for something else then please return it in the condition it was sent out in and specify clearly the item(s) you are exchanging it for. Please also include a set of 6 first class stamps with your item to cover the postage costs.

If you just want to return the item for a refund then a cheque will be sent to you minus £2 administration charge. This is to cover the cost of the postage of the original item to you. Please state clearly who the cheque needs to made payable to.
